long time part 2

Apparently, I'm a very unfaithful blogger. Here is what has been happening.

I have decided to serve a mission for my church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I will receive said mission call later this week (hopefully.)
I intend to attend the Ingrid Michaelson concert next month in Salt Lake City.
I have a new niece, Lillian Janeen Barney (born to my brother and his wife, Ammon and Kathy).
My new niece is adorable.
I am now working part-time at 3-D Automotive (the shop I've been working at as an office manager for almost 2 years.)
I am trying to make new friends.
I am re-evaluating my life and trying to make changes.

More to come when I get my call: I will be more faithful...? (please understand this is a pie-crust promise)

long time...

I understand that it has been quite a while since my last post. My "jewelry business" didn't really take off the way I wanted it to. In fact, nothing has happened with it since I started this blog.

So for anyone who has stumbled across this, here's what's going on:

I am working at an automotive shop as a secretary.

I am taking some time away from school (college).

I am living life the best way I know how.

That's about it.

I have more things to go in to, but I need a little time before I can break That kind of news. :)

Hello all and welcome!! This is a big step for me and I hope it's a good one.
I was at work reading through a business magazine when I came across an article about two friends who, after many frustrating attempts to find what they wanted, started making their own jewelry. That blossomed into making up pieces for their friends and is now a successful business. I was hit with this overwhelming emotion of excitement and ambition unlike I have ever felt before! I am trying my hand at something new and I hope there are many women like me out there in their sense of style. :) I plan to start up an Etsy shop and sell my creations and use this blog to inform you all about anything new and exciting in the business as well as in my life.
I can't wait to get started!!
